- Presentation and negotiation and agreement of costings and programs with customers.
- Presentation of new developments to customers and to their marketing and sales teams and directors on a global basis.
- Analyse and asses competitor sales threats and how to combat them and incorporate this into future sales strategies.
- Sourcing and development of production equipment and production methods.
- Develop tests and oversee fabric QC and testing of new deliveries of raw materials.
- Develop and oversee secondary testing in customers locations. Also visit customers QC departments globally as required for this.
- Visit customer quality and development centres to engage with them in testing, quality control and new developments and submit reports on a Global basis.
